The model has never heard of your business
What does it mean when the answer knows nothing about us?
Not knowing is the most honest state: the model invents nothing. It still means you do not appear when someone asks for a recommendation.
It usually hits young businesses, businesses with little text online, and those only written about by others.
A model with live web access often knows you anyway, because it looks while answering. The difference between the two answers tells you whether your problem is the data or the finding.
What to do about it
- Get one text about your business that is not on your own site: association, directory, press, partner.
- On your own site, say in plain sentences who you are, where you are and what you do.
- Run the check again in a few weeks and compare both models.
Where this stops
Whether and when a model picks you up is the provider's decision. All you can influence is what exists about you online.
